Your activation may take up to 24 hours. Once this is completed, you will be able to use BILDmobil to its full extent.
Your all-in rate is free for the first 30 days. After 30 days, we will register the amount of € 9.99 / 30 days from your balance. So that your rate doesn’t automatically deactivate, sufficient credit must always be present on your card before the end of 30 days, in order to be able to take full advantage of BILDmobil. You can purchase debit cards worth 10 or 20 euros in a retail outlet, at a magazine store or at a service station.
Depending on the business, you will receive your BILDMobil credit,
as a card on the shelf or directly at the counter!
Guide for depositing to your balance
Dial 2142 with your BILDmobil phone and choose "Deposit to Balance" in the language menu. Then enter the 16-digit code from your debit card and confirm the input. You can also enter your 16-digit balance code online in the Customer Portal, and add to your balance that way.
It can take up to 24 hours for your credit to appear. If you have registered a rate option (e.g. All-in rate option), this will now automatically be extended for 30 days. You don’t need to do anything else.
Please ensure that the balance is available in a timely manner. Otherwise your rate option will automatically be deactivated and will have to be activated again in our Customer Portal.

You can store payment data under "My Data". After successful verification of your data, you can choose between our One-time Credit and our Convenience Credit.
We offer you the following payment options: Bank transfer, direct debit, credit card (VISA / Mastercard / AMEX)
If you have opted for the Convenience Credit your prepaid account will always be credited with your chosen amount on the 2nd of each month, or if your account balance goes below € 5.
